Read in newspapers, Vincent Mc Doom will be the Art Director of the fashion show organized by Saint Martial center in Limoges for its 20th anniversary.

Four shows will take place, with Miss France 2008, Valerie Begue.

Here it is our program for Saturday, september 12th 2009 in the afternoon.

To go to this event was an occasion to please my girls who wanted to see a fashion show, that's the occasion to do some shopping which is very rare and that's to try to show to fashion specialists a man wearing a skirt and it may give them the idea to propose skirts for men in their next collection.

So I put the latest skirt I made on, a grey shirt and my grey and black opened shoes.

We go to the shop Yves Rocher in a pedestrian street in the heart of limoges because Caroline had things to buy. We enter a women shop and discuss with one of the sellers.

Arrival in Saint Martial center, shopping center with small shops, my family and I go from shop to shop to find the podium provided for the shows. We take the opportunity of free places against security barriers to wait for the following show taking place 45 minutes later. Effectively my children will see the show and a professionnal of the show may see a man wearing a skirt who is me.

The show starts. There are men and women models. men and women were make up the same way in flashy colors. The outfits are made of clothing selected by Vincent Mc Doom in the various shops in the center. It was rather well chosen. Valerie Begue was gorgeous, more gorgeous in real than on pictures. Unfortunately, I can't put pictures here without authorization from Saint Martial center.

The show ends up, we go towards the door where models make their break (in their box certainly). Vincent mc Doom disappeared quickly and Valerie Begue takes the time to sign autographs. The idea comes to me to try to give her a business card of my website. I manage to give it to her, she asks me what it is, I answer her " a business card", she reads the card, smiles and her look goes towards my legs ( I don't think she saw my skirt because one person was between us.) I add " you can go and have a look if you want " talking about the website mentionned on the card.

We go on shopping and then we go towards our car parked at about 1 km from there. Out of Saint MArtial center, we meet our friend Emma Goldberg.

Emma explains us her planning. Emma is a singer and she has a tour planned in Belgium, and more precisely in Gilly from october 9th 2009. before her tour she will sing several times in the shop " Galeries Lafayettes " in Limoges. We take a picture ( see below) and when I was leaving a young girl called me to ask me if I was in the broadcasting " 100% Mag ". I answer yes and she joins her friends. On leaving she shouted "I love you!". I take this opportunity to give as a card of the website.

By car, we go to the Shopping center Cora , Conforama shop, Malin Plaisir shop and in the supermarket Cora. We go to the restaurant Courtepaille for dinner.

What to say of this day about my garments ? I was pleasantly surprised by the reaction of the girl and I am delighted to see people of the generation after mine loving men in skirts. For the rest of our trip, it was as if I had been wearing trousers, no real reaction, some people watching, it stops here.

On the picture, my shirt is crooked, what a pity. The strap of my bag is too short and the slightest movement it moves the clothes.
