In the first supermarket, Jerome joined the cashier with one of our daughters. I was on my way to join him. That's where I heard a conversation between a couple of a certain age just after the passage of Jerome and our daughter beside them: - "No ... I promise you, he is a man. Strange anyway! Along with a little girl! Poor little girl!" The woman said in a suspicious manner. - "Ah, an homosexual!" The first reaction was limit to accuse Jerome of paedophilia, my blood has made a turn and I told them so deep: - "NO, he is not homosexual, it's my husband" - "I did not speak about him, the man replied. - "Yeah, you see many men in skirts in the store?" And they did not answer me. It is unacceptable and deplorable inventing such things about a person only because of a piece of cloth. Like what, we can still meet a backlash. For information, the woman was in trousers (she would have been rejected by the others a century ago) and the man had a scarf fuchsia pink (colour often seen as feminine). So... ![]()
